How do I set an appointment?
Call (918) 281-6060 and schedule over the phone. Client appointments are Monday-Friday between 9AM-6PM for Brad, 9AM-7PM for Daniel, and 9:30AM-7:30PM for Tom. Ask if extended sessions are right for you. Clients are seen by appointment only. Because of the tight schedules we keep we cannot see walk-ins.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We require a forty-eight hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not call or show up for your appointment then you will be required to pay the full amount of the session. Feel free to call if you would like to discuss the cancelation policy. Payment is required at the time of the appointment.
Will I reach someone if I call on weekends?
The office phone is answered Monday thru Friday from 9AM-6PM. If you call on the weekend or during the week leave a message and the Front Office Coordinator will receive your message and call you back as soon as possible.
How does the deposit work for week-to-week & extended sessions?
When setting your first appointment we ask for part of the first day to be paid over the phone to hold the spot. We ask for $75 per hour reserved over the phone and when you come in you would simply pay the balance to make it the hourly rate or the payment plan. The $75 comes through in about a day and is nonrefundable. Don't worry, if you need to reschedule it will apply to the first appointment but only within 30 days of the charge. The reason we do this is because we are selling our time and expertise. We have limited time as therapists and we need to know that you are committed to the process.
How does the deposit work for intensives?
When scheduling your relationship intensive we ask for at least 1/2 to be paid when we set aside the time for you over the phone and 1/2 when you arrive for your intensive. This helps because we are blocking out a lot of time just for you and it will help us know you are committed to coming. We also offer a discount for paying the full balance at the time of scheduling.
